ACI marina Vrboska lies on the southern side of the outer port of Vrboska inlet.
All year round
The marina has 84 berths and 25 boat places on land. Berths have water and power supply.
Reception, exchange of?ce, restaurant, toilets and showers, laundry service, repair shop, 5 t crane, parking lot. The gas station is by the crane. Shopping can be done in the town.
ACI marina Vrboska has been awarded the “European Blue Flag”, an environmental award given to communities that make a special effort to keep their beaches and marinas clean and manage them with consideration for the local environment.
Vrboska is daily connected by bus with other towns on the island. There are ferry lines from Stari Grad (6 km) to Split several times a day. International airport is in Split and there are ferry connections with Italian towns Ancona, Bari and Pescara, as well as Rijeka and Dubrovnik. Regular boat service with the island of Brač (international airport) is provided during the summer.
Vrboska is a town and inlet on the northern side of the island of Hvar situated at the end of the long and narrow inlet. When approaching from north the island of Zečevo can be used as a landmark. On Zečevo there is a lighthouse (Fl 5s 11m 5M), the latitude and longitude of which are 43°11,5 N 16°42,1’ E. After rounding Glavica Peninsula, ACI marina Vrboska comes in sight. At night one should steer towards the red lighthouse (Fl R 3s 6m 5M) which marks the entrance of the harbor of Jelsa. When the lighthouse on Cape Križ (Fl 2s 5m 5M) comes in sight, the lights of ACI marina Vrboska will be visible as well. Those who approach from the south will reach the marina by following the eastern coast of the island of Hvar. At night they will see all three above mentioned lighthouses. The ACI piers are lighted as well. The marina is well protected from all winds.
